Jill received her Pilates training and certification though Body Arts and Science (BASI) Pilates, a leading Pilates education academy. With a reputation for innovation, BASI Pilates’ educational programs are anchored in anatomy, physiology and scientific principles. She studied directly under (and continues to work with) senior instructor Cindy Reid, one of BASI’s only 40 world-wide faculty members.
She is also certified in the YUR Back Program, a Pilates-based program for people recovering from low back pain. Jill received her training directly from Dr. Christine Romaini-Ruby, the creator of this program, herself with 25 years experience working with sufferers of back pain.
Jill is a fully certified CoreAlign instructor through Balanced Body Pilates and is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
In her free time, Jill bikes, gardens, and makes miniatures.
